Peter J. Kim, DDS
Pauline Fields, RDH
Pauline was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated cum laude from Northeast Louisiana University with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene. After practicing in Louisiana, Pauline and her husband Kelly took a leap of faith and moved to McKinney in 2005 for a better education for their son Connor.
Pauline joined the dental practice in January 2006. What she enjoys about being a dental hygienist is developing relationships with her patients and assisting with their dental health. She also enjoys furthering her dental knowledge by participating in continuing education courses. She has taken advanced dental courses in periodontal disease, oral cancer, implant care, geriatrics, nutrition, dental imaging, and instrumentation techniques. With Pauline’s gentle touch and friendly personality, she gets to know her patients and their individual needs.
Carla Stunson-Massey, Office Manager
Carla, a native Texan with roots in North Texas, boasts over three decades of expertise in the dental field. As the initial point of contact in our office, she extends a warm welcome and is often the first to engage with patients. Carla takes great joy in assisting individuals throughout their entire treatment journey, showcasing her lifelong commitment to the dental profession. Having become a valued member of our dental practice in March 2020, Carla assumes a pivotal role in staying abreast of the latest advancements in dental procedures. Beyond her professional dedication, she is a devoted mother of four and a proud grandmother of two. Embracing an active outdoor lifestyle, Carla cherishes moments spent with her family.
Keum Chang, RDA
Keum was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. She received a scholarship to attend dental hygiene school and graduated with honors in 1998. Over the next seven years, she worked in several prestigious university hospitals across Korea, collaborating with numerous dental specialists. She was later recruited by a German implant company and worked for the Ministry of Education for an additional three years. After marrying and moving to the United States, she obtained her RDA license and spent 10 years working in various dental offices in the Carrollton and McKinney areas of Dallas, gaining experience with a wide variety of cases. Since February 2024, she has been a new member of the dental team, where she values the role of a healthcare provider who listens to every patient’s needs.
